The minute escrow closes! We try to close as soon as we possibly can!

We use a third-party escrow company that handles the whole transaction from start to finish. This protects everyone and makes sure the whole process is done by the books! 

Nope! We hate hidden fees and think all transactions shouldn’t have them! 

That depends on the state but we always use a highly rated, reputable and insured title/escrow company no matter what! Do you have an escrow company you like to use? That is okay with us!

Yes! As long as it is vacant land, we will buy it! Regardless of the shape, size or location we would love to make you an offer.

Nope! That is the nice part – there aren’t any fees that a Real Estate agent would traditionally charge you!
