Here at The True Land Co., we are a small, family owned business based out of Santa Barbara, California. We began this company because of our shared desire to bring the joy and pride of land ownership to more people like us around the country.

After working together in residential real estate helping our clients to find their forever homes, we were lucky enough to travel to see different parts of the US which ignited our shared interest in vacant land. Shortly after starting to explore the country we began investing in land ourselves, which we found so fulfilling that we wanted to share the experience with others.

What we love most about land is that it can become whatever you dream it to be, and every parcel is unique and beautiful in its own way. To us, vacant land represents boundless possibility, and ownership gives you the opportunity to make your wishes become reality.
